Michael's terrine!
On Sunday we had lunch at one of the most beautiful places I've been to in Melbourne: the home of Tom Spender and Michael Pitcher. Everywhere you look, your eyes feast on some amazing beauty, quirky design, important work or exquisite delight...it makes you feel like you're in one of Heaven's anti-rooms, a place where a slice of some of the most refined of European, North American and Indigenous of man and womankind's civilized creations got harvested. And then to top it all off, our stomachs got to feast on Michael's (becoming) famous terrine, which he says only takes him 15 minutes to make. Ofcourse he didn't count the volume of Love, Tenderness and Care he puts in, which has taken him his lifetime to accrue.
